HELLO FRIENDS,
It’s a wonderful time of the year… summer is in full effect and we could not be more thrilled that so many people have chosen to spend their summer holiday volunteering with us!
ITDP has geared up for the arrival of three summer teams. Our first team of volunteers come from San Diego Christian College.
They arrived over a week ago and are currently working to develop the school in Ma Oh Jo village. Their projects include building a water tank, an angricultural nursery and a second hostel for the students! We look forward to sharing their experiences with you, once they arrive back from the village.
Later in the month, volunteers from The Well Community Church will be arriving from Fresno, CA to continue the projects at Ma Oh Jo village. After that, a team from First Chinese Baptist Church in San Francisio, CA will be working on a water project in Pha Taek village.
We feel so blessed and are so excited to be sharing all the good news to come. Every single volunteer is making such a difference in the lives of the hill tribes. The villagers are always astonished at the help they recieve from ITDP supporters.
